What you send us
When you use “Start a Project”, we receive your name, email, phone number, company, the services you pick, whether you are a brand or an agency, and the brief you write. We use it only to reply and to talk about your project. It passes through Vercel, which hosts this site, and is stored in Brevo, the service we use for our contacts and email. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies and similar technology
Nothing beyond the essentials runs until you choose. The cookie card lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing separately; closing it keeps only the essentials. You can change your choice at any time with . Your choice is remembered on this device for 180 days.
Essential, always on
A small record of your cookie choice and your sound setting for the navigation dial, kept in your browser’s storage. We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how fast pages load using anonymous timings, without cookies.
Analytics, only with your consent
Google Analytics 4
Pages visited, how long, device and approximate location (no names or emails), and when the project form is sent or an email or phone link is used. Used to understand which work and services people look at.

Meta Pixel
Records visits, sent project forms and email or phone link clicks, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns and reach people interested in our work. It does not read what you type into the form.

Where it goes
Some of these providers process data outside India, mostly in the United States and the European Union, under their own privacy terms and safeguards.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Google Analytics keeps its data for 2 months; the other tools keep theirs for their own standard periods.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@vortexhub.digital. We reply within 30 days.
