Seamless Shift

KnowYourMeds needed an upgrade from WordPress, opting for a tailor-made site with a robust CMS, intuitive design, and secure foundations suited to the U.S. medical field.

We replaced outdated infrastructure, creating a fortified back end with integrated API endpoints. This let their phone app retrieve blog and content feeds securely, guarded by rigorous header checks.

A modern look anchored credibility, aligning visuals and navigation with healthcare standards. By reflecting KnowYourMeds’ commitment to patient-provider trust, the redesign supported higher engagement and clarity.

We introduced a dictionary-style search that grouped medical data by category and allowed non-technical teams to update entries without hassle. This empowered staff to maintain accuracy for both site visitors and mobile app users.

New Horizons

We also prepared detailed documentation for each feature, from API layers to content edits, sparing teams guesswork and making future upgrades more efficient.

Close collaboration with the client’s tech team unified web and app access, lowering downtime while boosting reliability. Our adaptable approach merged multiple user touchpoints into one cohesive system.

Stepping away from WordPress unlocked custom functionality: advanced APIs, a reimagined blog, and a fresh visual identity aligned with KnowYourMeds’ mission to improve healthcare communication.

Ultimately, KnowYourMeds gained a scalable, secure solution primed for rapid updates and continuous innovation—delivering the trusted consistency patients and providers expect from a modern medical platform.
